Admissions Process

REQUIREMENTS

All students must have a high school diploma or GED.

All courses and exams are in given using the English language. Students should comprehend English well enough to use and understand written and verbal English.

APPLICATION

The first step in the application process is attending an informational session and completing the application.

A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due upon application submission.

PRE-ENROLLMENT QUESTIONNAIRE AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Prospective students ready to enroll at Rooted School of Massage & Wellness Center, LLC will need to complete the pre-enrollment questionnaire and schedule a personal interview with our faculty. This questionnaire will help us get to know you as an individual. All submitted information is kept confidential in your school record.

Personal interviews are scheduled upon completion of pre-enrollment questionnaire.

All students accepted into the program at Rooted School of Massage and Wellness Center, LLC will be required to complete a Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire and an Enrollment Agreement.

More information will be provided on this process with your acceptance information packet.

Tuition

Tuition to Rooted School of Massage and Wellness Center, LLC is broken down into three parts:

  • Course Tuition $12,000

  • Books $300

  • Miscellaneous (varies by preference)

    • Scrubs: $30-$60

    • Sheets: $30-$60

    • Table: $200-$1000

Student Insurance is free through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
